The Greater West Plains Area Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for the LEAD West
Plains 2024 class. LEAD West Plains is an adult leadership program that encourages participants to
broaden their perspectives by increasing their understanding of the community and themselves while
networking with a diverse group of businesses and community leaders. LEAD West Plains creates a
community wide vision, goal and plan around employer engaged talent development to promote
pathways to mobility for the community.

The LEAD West Plains Program will cover various topics, giving participants an opportunity to fully
understand and engage in our community while building leadership skills. Utilizing our current
community leaders, LEAD West Plains will touch on various key topics – Economic Development,
Education, Humanities, Government and Health Care.

Applicants must be established in their company or have the approval of a direct supervisor to
participate. Due to class size, companies must limit their applications to one per company. Beginning
December 11, 2023, applicants may apply online at www.wpchamber.com.

Application deadline is Monday, January 15, 2024.
